Sen. Tobin's statement on the indictment of Donald Trump for the January 6 insurrection

Former President Donald Trump was indicted today for attempting to prevent the peaceful transfer of power following the 2020 Presidential election.

Sen. Löki Gale Tobin (D-Anchorage) released the following statement following the indictment of former President Donald Trump for several conspiracy charges related to the unsuccessful coup attempt that culminated in the January 6 insurrection at the Capitol Building in Washington D.C.
