Senator Forrest Dunbar is a Major and Judge Advocate in the Alaska Army National Guard and serves as the Health and Social Services Committee Chair in the Alaska State Senate. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from American University and a Master’s in Public Policy/JD degree from the Harvard Kennedy School and Yale Law School.
